Being a part of the disability team is important because I have always wanted to have a career that allowed me to help others and work with a great team. The team truly works together to help our clients get the benefits they deserve, always putting the ultimate goal of helping our clients first. The team atmosphere and goal of making sure that our clients, who are already going through difficult situations as a result of medical conditions and the insurance company, are able to get their benefits and have one less thing to worry about are what make me proud to work for EBA.
I graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania State University School of Law and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where I earned B.A.’s in History and Spanish and a B.S. Political Science. Although I grew up in Eastern Kentucky and Murfreesboro, TN, Chattanooga feels like home to me, and I look forward to serving our clients with the team in Chattanooga. While at Pennsylvania State University School of Law, I served as the Managing Editor of the Penn State Arbitration Law Review and worked in the Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, helping entrepreneurs one on one across Pennsylvania to form businesses and providing free legal assistance so that they could achieve their start their own small businesses.
When I’m not working with the disability team, I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, or going to the lake with my husband. I am also an avid sports fan and spend a lot of my free time cheering on the Kentucky basketball team and the Penn State football team.
