Damon R. Miller is passionate about helping people fight insurance companies when they have been wrongfully denied the benefits that they are owed. As your paralegal, he looks forward to assisting you with your case-specific needs. With over five years of paralegal experience, he is committed to providing each case with the exceptional attention to detail that it deserves.

In 2016, Damon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chattanooga State, where he earned his Associate’s degree. Now, Damon is completing his Bachelor’s degree in English at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). During his time in college, several honor societies have inducted him into their order: Phi Theta Kappa (2015), the international honor society for 2-year colleges; Sigma Tau Delta (2017), the international English honor society; Mortar Board (2018), the national honor society for college seniors; UTC’s Alpha Society; and the Golden Key International Honour Society (2019). Damon is also a current paralegal member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA).

This fall, Damon will be attending law school at William & Mary. After graduating, he plans on becoming an attorney himself and continuing to advocate for clients’ rights. In the meantime, he looks forward to providing you with superior service on your claim.
