Damon Miller

Legal Assistant

A committed member of Eric’s Disability Team since 2015, Damon Miller will manage the administrative and many of the legal aspects of your case.  With over four years of paralegal experience, he is committed to providing each case with the exceptional attention to detail that it deserves.

In 2016, Damon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chattanooga State, where he earned his Associate’s degree.  Now, Damon is completing his Bachelor’s degree in English at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC).  During his time in college, Damon has been inducted into several honor societies: Phi Theta Kappa (2015), the international honor society for 2-year colleges; Sigma Tau Delta (2017), the international English honor society; and Mortar Board (2018), the national honor society for college seniors.  Damon is also a current paralegal member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA).

After completing his undergraduate degree, Damon hopes to pursue a law degree so that he can become an attorney himself and continue assisting clients.  In the meantime, he looks forward to providing you with superior service on your claim.
