K. Molina Haynes, Office Manager

Molina’s natural instinct to help those in need motivates her to help our clients as they go through the process of obtaining disability benefits. Molina has over 12 years of experience of office administration and management in the disability field. With seven years experience in prosthetics and five years in disability law, Molina is sensitive to the needs of our disabled clients. Her experience and knowledge assists her as she strives to improve our office procedures and customer service to meet the needs of our clients.
Julie Howard, Legal Assistant

As your paralegal, Julie will handle the day-to-day management of your case whether it is social security or long-term disability. She is very dedicated to her job and to our clients. Julie is here to help you through this long process. She has five years of experience in the disability field. She also has a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Dalton State Community College.
Jessica Geselbracht, Legal Assistant

As your paralegal, Jessica will handle the day-to-day management of your case. Her main objective is to assist you in gaining a better understanding of the disability process you are going through. Jessica understands that the disability process is often confusing for our clients, and she does her best to explain in a clear manner where your case is in the process and what you can expect next. Jessica feels that by giving our clients a better picture of what is going on with their case, she can give them a sense of comfort that their case is being handled with all the care and consideration it deserves. Jessica has eight years of experience in the disability field and continues to learn and grow as the disability process evolves and changes in order to provide our clients with the best service possible.
Casie Reynolds, Intake Client Coordinator

As Intake Client Coordinator, Casie is one of the first of Eric Buchanan's Disability Team who will assist you in the process of becoming one of our valued clients. Casie has eight years experience in customer service and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Trevecca Nazarene University. She will use her education and experience to assure that getting started in the disability process will be as stress-free as possible. Casie strives to assist each potential client in the steps it takes to becoming a respected client of Eric Buchanan and Associates, PLLC.
Margaret Ferguson, Administrative Assistant

Margaret Ferguson will be one of the first of Eric Buchanan's Disability Team to welcome you to our office. Her passion is helping people. Using her experience in customer service and her sensitivity to the needs of others, Margaret is dedicated to helping you get the best start possible towards receiving the disability benefits you deserve.
April Minton, Administrative Assistant

April Minton has nine years' experience in office administration. A native of Bosnia, April's life has been deeply affected by the kindness of people who helped her out along the way. She has a strong appreciation for the value of human kindness, often "going the extra mile" to assist our valued clients with any concerns or issues they may have. Her cheerful smile will brighten your day, while her attention to detail will ensure that documents are completed accurately and filings are submitted in a timely manner.
