K. Molina Haynes, Office Manager

Molina’s natural instinct to help those in need motivates her to help our clients as they go through the process of obtaining disability benefits.  Molina has over 12 years of experience of office administration and management in the disability field.  With seven years experience in prosthetics and five years in disability law, Molina is sensitive to the needs of our disabled clients.  Her experience and knowledge assists her as she strives to improve our office procedures and customer service to meet the needs of our clients.

Julie Howard, Legal Assistant

As your paralegal, Julie will handle the day-to-day management of your case whether it is social security or long-term disability.  She is very dedicated to her job and to our clients. Julie is here to help you through this long process.  She has five years of experience in the disability field.  She also has a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Dalton State Community College.

Jessica Geselbracht, Legal Assistant

As your paralegal, Jessica will handle the day-to-day management of your case.  Her main objective is to assist you in gaining a better understanding of the disability process you are going through.  Jessica understands that the disability process is often confusing for our clients, and she does her best to explain in a clear manner where your case is in the process and what you can expect next. Jessica feels that by giving our clients a better picture of what is going on with their case, she can give them a sense of comfort that their case is being handled with all the care and consideration it deserves.  Jessica has eight years of experience in the disability field and continues to learn and grow as the disability process evolves and changes in order to provide our clients with the best service possible.

Kelly Frye, Legal Assistant

Kelly is our financial legal assistant and she has worked in the disability field for over six years.  Kelly is here to make sure that you receive your benefits after you have won your case.  She keeps in close contact on a daily basis with the payment centers.  Kelly is also available to assist you with letters from the Social Security Administration.

Cortni Wilson, Administrative Assistant

Cortni's sweet personality and professional work ethic makes her a great asset at the front desk. She is here to make sure that client calls and incoming mail are directed to the appropriate legal assistant. Though new to the disability field, she has 5 years of administrative experience and will do her best to make sure that your visits to our office are comfortable and enjoyable.
