Bio:

Audrey C. Dolmovich is a passionate advocate dedicated to representing individuals denied insurance benefits. Her commitment to understanding each client’s unique challenges and building strong connections underscores her one-on-one approach to legal representation.

Background:

Audrey, a proud member of Eric Buchanan & Associates, joined the firm after graduating from Faulkner’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Audrey’s involvement in trial advocacy was substantial, holding key roles on the trial advocacy team, including board membership on the Board of Advocates, Executive Director of Service, and Mockingbird National Trial Competition Witness Coordinator. This experience emphasized the importance of knowing her clients’ stories for effective advocacy.

Her commitment to alternative dispute resolution was evident through her volunteer work as a mediator in the school’s mediation clinic in small claims court in Montgomery, Alabama.

Before law school, Audrey pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, graduating in 2014 with a major in political science and a minor in legal studies.

In addition to her written contributions, Audrey’s commitment to knowledge dissemination extends to her engaging presentations. Notably, she delivered a compelling session at the American Association for Justice (AAJ) conference in July 2022. Her presentation centered on the dynamic topic of “Changes in the ERISA Regulations,” offering attendees a comprehensive understanding of evolving legal frameworks and strategies to navigate them effectively.

Audrey’s dedication to empowering others with her expertise continues to leave a lasting impact in the legal community, earning her recognition as a trusted authority in her field.

Groups:

Active in various legal associations, Audrey has been a board member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyer’s Association (TTLA) since 2019, serving in roles such as At-Large Executive Appointee and Board of Governor for District #1 since 2023. Her extensive involvement in TTLA committees includes Co-Chair of Consumer Affairs & Community Relations Committee, Young Lawyers Committee member, and contributions to the CLE and Convention Committees.

Her commitment extends to community engagement, evident in her roles as a TTLA representative and Revitalization Board member, TTLA representative for the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and Past Chair of the ERISA Litigation Group for AAJ.

Audrey’s extensive memberships include TTLA, Chattanooga Bar Association, AAJ, Southern Trial Lawyer’s Association, and the Tennessee Lawyer’s Association for Women, reflecting her dedication to legal excellence, client advocacy, and community engagement.

 

Hobbies & Interests:

Beyond her legal endeavors, Audrey finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her family, friends, and two dogs, Johnson and Maddux.
