Bio:

Molina, a valuable member of the EBA Disability Team since 2004, exemplifies dedication and versatility. Beginning as a receptionist, Molina’s natural talents quickly led to her promotion to office manager in 2005. Her adept organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication, coupled with a commitment to client follow-up, have made her an integral part of the team. Over the years, Molina has expanded her expertise, working as a legal assistant on administrative, court, and financial cases. She plays a pivotal role in implementing new procedures, coordinating software and equipment updates, and contributing to the firm’s overall growth.

Background:

With 30 years of experience in office administration and management, Molina brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Her extensive background includes seven years in prosthetics and two decades in disability law. This unique combination has made her attuned to the specific needs of disabled clients. Molina’s dedication is evident in her motto, “Look to be good to people,” as she actively participates in fighting for clients who have faced adversity due to insurance companies denying their benefits.
